**Job Summary**:
This position requires an individual who can build long-term business relationships to expand sales growth and develop the brands’ reputation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales through market penetration and coverage.
- Generate new sales opportunities by prospecting and developing new clients.
- Develop strategies to expand and grow the business.
- Identify marketing trends and insights and optimize sales performance.
- Present our digital solutions and products to clients, ensuring seamless understanding of our services.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute sales campaigns.
- Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the whole customer journey.
- Collaborate with various teams within the organization to ensure seamless client delivery.
- Carry out market research to gather customer insights and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintain excellent communication and negotiation skills with potential clients.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Sales or related field.
- Fresh graduates to 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in digital IT solutioning sales, software, hardware and IT Outsourcing.
- Knowledge of industry trends and passionate to keep up to date of the latest digital solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
- A self-starter who can work independently and has a creative approach to solving problems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties according to urgency.
- Proven track record in successful sales, account growth and management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Comfortable with presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
