**Responsibilities**:

- Appointment Coordination: Schedule travels and manage appointments, ensuring a timely and efficient itinerary.
- Executive Support: Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, including organizing meetings, making reservations and travel arrangements.
- Personal Support: Handle day-to-day errands of other family members as requested, including sending or picking up kids at school.
- Driving Duties: Serve as a personal driver, responsible for safe and timely transportation to various appointments and engagements.
- Vehicle Inspection: Monitor vehicle related matters closely, including road tax, insurance, vehicle functionality and car cleanliness.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Perform other related tasks as requested, which may include administrative support, project assistance, or coordination of special event.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least SPM certification.
- Valid Malaysian class D driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Preferred to have at least 2 years driving experience in a 4-seater vehicles.
- High organizational and time-management skills.
- High confidentiality and discretion with job contents.
- Willing to work outstation with flexible hours.
- Work Location : Kuala Lumpur area

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

Expected Start Date: 10/01/2024
