The JD for the Sales Admin Assistant are as follows:
1. Prepares Sales Order
2. Check and verifies Sales Order after updating into Navision System
3. Processes the Delivery Order and Invoice upon approval of Sales Order
4. Prepares reports as required by the Sales Department
5. Prepares other documents such as Quotation, Credit Note
6. Checks manual stock card and Delivery Order.
7. Records payment received from the Customer.
8. Filing and maintain records/ documents.
9. Any other duties as and when required by the Company.

Work Experience
Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity background

**Requirements**:
Minimum certificate or Diploma Qualification.
Able to converse well in English and Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
