**About You**

Carsome is looking for a qualified Branch Financial Admin to join our team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales team.

**Your Day-to-Day**
- In charge of collect payment from clients who buy cars (Booking and Down Payment)
- Handling petty cash
- Preparing on the Vehicle Sales Order, Insurance quotations, Invoice, vehicle delivery order and other relevant documents
- Updating records in CMS and sales report
- Managing registration of car keys, trade plate and parking cards
**Your Know-How**
- Preferably Certificate/ Diploma / Degree in any disciplines or SPM/ O-Level with relevant experience
- At least 1-2 years working experience in Sales Admin in automotive industry
- Good in communication skills & teamwork
- Strong in administrative skills

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
