**_Job Responsibilities:_**
- Manage relationships with purchasers to ensure purchaser expectations are met or exceeded;
- Act as the first point of contact for all purchaser-related issues and complaints;
- Investigate and identify solutions for any issues and complaints raised by the purchasers;
- Maintain updated purchaser defects database and documentation;
- Provide reports to the management regularly and on ad hoc basis;
- Attend meeting in relation to operational planning of new development, pre-launch, mobilisation activities etc;
- Participate in all events related to Customer Care;
- Assist other initiatives undertaken by Corporate Office as and when required.

**_Qualifications, experience and skills:_**
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree;
- Related experience in construction and property development industry is preferred;
- Able to deliver excellent customer service;
- Possess good interpersonal skills and communication skills;
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines; and
- Good command of English, Malay and/or Mandarin will be an added advantage.
