Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions which include manpower sourcing and placement initiatives, payroll administration, training & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management and other HR related support services.
- Set up HR objectives, strategies and plans in line with company directions and plans; cascade down into individual HR objectives & KPIs.
- Review and develop HR policies/procedures.
- Review HR work processes to be in line with company needs.
- Ensure payroll administration to be accurate and in timely manner. Perform periodic audit.
- Conduct disciplinary such as Domestic Inquiry, counseling and coaching session with employees, where applicable, to ensure compliance to the expected conduct set by the Company.
- Ensure all employees’ strictly adherence to the company employment terms and conditions, rules, policies and practices.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
Identify individuals training & development needs for the company staffs.
- Coordinate with others department for CIDB Project registration.
- Monitor an appropriate system of performance assessment relating to staff work objectives & KPIs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- To ensure documentation complying to ISO 9001 QMS requirement.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior/management.
