**Qualifications & experience**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customer issues.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic mathematical skills for processing orders and transactions.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays etc.
**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner (warranty claimed
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain accurate customer records and update databases
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and escalate priority issues to management
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as response time and customer satisfaction ratings
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures for better customer service.
**Salary**: RM2,600.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
