(a) Performing basic book-keeping / clerical duties. (b) Managing traditional paper and/or electronic filing systems. (c) Managing phones calls, taking messages, mail and fax communications. (d) Managing scheduling and appointments, meetings and other events. (e) Preparing and/or editing documents, such as reports, memos and invoices. (f) Creating spreadsheets, managing databases, preparing letters and presentations. (g) Order necessary office supplies. (h) Managing corporate stock rooms and/or libraries. (i) Reviewing and recording of incoming and outgoing documents. (j) Training and/or supervising clerical workers. (k) Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
Our company was incorporated on 8th November 2018 in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia located at METRO TOWN, KOTA KINABALU. The company was founded by young entrepreneurs who carry on the business of land and building development, civil works & building construction in both private and government sector through joint venture in Sabah.
