Assistant Company Secretary

1. Manage portfolio of clients. 2. Perform corporate and secretarial duties (i.e. incorporation, prepare board resolutions and minutes, etc.) 3. Provide advice to clients on corporate secretarial matters. 4.Provide good client service ensuring clients receive prompt responses. 5.Ensure regulatory compliance in the corporate secretariat are met. 6. Assist the Company Secretary in all aspects of secretarial duties and functions and to ensure compliances with all statutory regulations and guidelines. 7. Perform other admin or secretarial ad-hoc duties as and when required.
