Corporate Secretary

**Full job description**
- To handle all aspects of corporate secretarial work to ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations, i.e., Companies Act 2016
- To prepare and ensure proper and timely filing of the statutory forms/returns to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM)
- To monitor and ensure that all clients' statutory records/registers are properly kept and updated.
- To facilitate internal and external corporate communications
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years relevant company secretarial experience
- Possesses a professional / bachelor's degree
- A member of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrator (ICSA) professional qualification
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Fixed shift, Mon to Fri, 9 am to 6 pm
**Education**:
- Bachelor degree, ICSA member
**Experience**:
- Retiree is also welcome, as long possess the knowledge and expertise
- Secretary: 5 years (required)

- English (preferred)
- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
