**Requirements**:
Working on shift/work in the office.
Strong communication, both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills.
A patient, responsible, discipline and empathetic attitude.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Adaptability and flexibility.
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced, depending on the role and industry
Computer literacy.
Working experience is not necessary as training will be provided.
**Responsibilities**:
To attend inbound call.
Transmit message via a CMS system.
Attend to any enquiry or request from customer promptly.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
