Online booking & Customer enquiry
i. Handle inbound calls from clients regarding to set their appointment and enquiry.
ii. Deliver consistent advice and support to customers on our services in accordance with the company’s service standards and quality objective.
iii. To provide customer service satisfaction in call handling and provide accurate information or solution.
iv. To build relationship with client in the most professional way at all time.
v. Liaise with appropriate departments to resolve issues brought up by clients.
vi. To promote and develop the BOSH Contact Centre business related and company growth.

Integrated Medical Services
i. To conduct daily test call to all emergency contact numbers in all MERP belong to our client
ii. To prepare and update any Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) related BCC.
iii. To conduct Table Top Emergency Drill for all MERP once in a month
iv. To update MERP for all clients from time to time as per management instruction
v. To compile medevac and medical referral data for all clients on monthly basis according to format required.
vi. To prepare weekly reporting for BCC and IMS activities
vii. To attend to client enquiries on Telehealth services.

Quality Improvement
i. Conduct training and to maintain quality all the time.
ii. To complete call logs and produce call reports.
iii. To utilize software, databases, scripts and tools appropriately.
iv. To monitor, maintain and update call centre database by entering information accurately.
v. To recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls.
vi. Improvise system and troubles shoot if any emergency or call with alarm.
vii. Any other duty assigned by immediate superior from time by time.
