Onsite installation of hardware and systems with a focus on new users. Conduct onsite training and presentations to introduce new and existing users to product features. Create documentation for software user guides and customisation requests and perform software testing. Offer user support for Point-of-Sales (POS) and technical issues including remote troubleshooting and debugging. Effectively track and resolve customer issues using the ticketing system.

**; Requirements**:
- Minimum requirement of having a diploma in an IT-related field.
- Prior experience of at least year in a related field.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Strong knowledge of SQL command and networking.
- Proficient at multitasking quick learning and prioritizing work to meet deadlines.
- Possesses a friendly and positive attitude.
