Directing the food preparation process and delegating tasks. Cooking and preparing high quality dishes. Assisting the Head Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes.
Training junior chefs.
Onboarding new employees.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Awareness of manual handling techniques
- Experience of kitchen equipment
- Competent level of English spoken and written
- Salary Range RM4,200 - Rm5,000
