Customer Service Specialist

**Job Title: Customer Success Specialist (English + Mandarin)**
**Target: ASAP, July**
**Salary: RM3000 to RM3300 (Basic, depending on experience) + RM300 Language Allowance**
**Location: Kelana Centre Point, Selangor**

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide excellent customer support in English and Mandarin to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers in navigating the logistics aspects of international shipments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive customer records and documentation.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin at a B2 level.
- Proven experience in Customer Success or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Knowledge of logistics and international shipping procedures will be highly regarded.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including public holidays.
