Native Japanese Speaker Social Media Chat Support

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate individual with a deep understanding of the Japanese language and culture. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional real-time support to our valued customers through our chat platform. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer queries, provide guidance, and ensure their satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat in a friendly and professional manner
- Thoroughly understand customer needs and provide prompt and accurate resolutions
- Provide technical assistance and guidance for product-related issues
- Elevate complex inquiries to the appropriate team for further resolution
- Identify and resolve repetitive customer issues to improve overall support efficiency
- Maintain a professional and confidential demeanor in all customer interactions
**Qualifications**:
- Native Japanese Speaker with excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Proven experience in customer support or a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and empathetic disposition
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Familiarity with standard operating procedures and support tools
- Proficient in using business software and online collaboration tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred

**資格：**
- 日本語ネイティブスピーカーであり、優れた読解力とコミュニケーション能力を有する
- カスタマーサポートまたは関連分野での実務経験がある
- フレンドリーで共感的な気質を備えた、強力な対人スキル
- ペースの速いダイナミックな環境で効果的に働く能力
- 優れた問題解決能力と分析能力
- 標準的な業務手順とサポートツールに精通している
- ビジネスソフトウェアとオンラインコラボレーションツールの使用に習熟している
- 学士号またはそれに相当する職務経験を優先

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
