**ADMINISTRATOR**
Kuala Lumpur

Main Responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth running of individual level of school and works closely with the Head of Admin to ensure compliance of SOP’S.

**Operations**

Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of Operations Support Services

Responsible and report to the Head of Administration for the general performance, daily operations,and administration of the school.

**Parents - Centre Relationshiip and Activities**

Co-ordinate with Head of Admin to promote and conduct sufficient parent-teacher activities. Attend to visitors/parents to view the school and promote the Centre to them.

Handle parent complaints, where necessary and appropriate.

Maintain high visibility/accessibility and establish close rapport with parents and children.

Respond quickly and satisfactorily to parents’ requests for information/assistance, feedback and complaints.

Proactively recognize and respond to parents’ concerns and partner with Head of Admin to raise quality.

**Administration**

Co-ordinate the implementation of school’s policies and operation procedures, ensuring all paper works to Head Office are submitted accordingly.

Organize distribution of Parents Update to parents prepared by Head Office.

Maintain Staff attendance records daily for HR.

Monitor closely school operations and implement action plans when complaints or violations are noted.

Ensure that required information are made available/reported accurately and on a timely basis to Head Office.

Maintain and update all childrens’ records for school purposes.

Maintain and update all children’s enrollment and withdrawals and report to relevant department/person in charge accordingly.

Achieve high levels of conversion from enquiries to enrollment and meet desired targets.

Closely monitor key performance indicators - withdrawals, parents feedbacks, enquiries, etc

**Environment**

Ensure that school’s physical environment is conducive for learning and meet school’s standard of cleanliness.

Ensure that school’s environment and facilities are safe, secure, well-maintained, conducive and clean.

**Others**

To assist Training Department with preparations of training materials such as typing training notes, documents and preparing presentations. To assist Training Department in organizing for Graduation Ceremonies and other events /activities

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- At least 2 year(s) or more of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Full-Time position available.
- Preferably male but female may also apply
- This position is to be based at the Corporate Childcare Centre located at Kuala Lumpur.
