**ABOUT THIS ROLE**

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and departments, providing expertise and support in all areas of human resources management. This role will be instrumental in driving organizational effectiveness, fostering employee engagement, and implementing HR initiatives that align with the company's objectives.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, providing strategic HR guidance and support.
- Partner with managers to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the organization's goals and promote a positive work culture.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- Lead initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.
- Conduct thorough analyses of HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address gaps.
- Serve as a champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, fostering an inclusive workplace culture where all employees feel valued and supported.
- Lead or contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as organizational restructuring, process improvements, or change management efforts.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and promote continuous improvement in HR practices.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing employee concerns, grievances, and inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR specialists, to deliver comprehensive HR solutions and support to the organization.
- Adhere to Arche’s core values when carrying out day-to-day responsibilities and interactions.

**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (min 2 years) as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop innovative solutions to complex HR challenges.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives to successful completion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
