The role is required to partner with people leaders to design and implement the plans and processes that align with the overall business strategy in compliance with the local rules and regulations. The individual performs the business partnering role and provides our sales organization a full spectrum of Human Resources activities.

Business Partnering
- Strategize and develop workplace and business relationships with all relevant stakeholders for constant improvements toward implementing best practices and reviewing workforce needs.
- Drive and manage people-agenda projects, initiatives, and work streams while ensuring high-quality end-to-end business partnering and value-added services to the business leaders and employees.
- Be a "Change Agent" to assist Management in bringing changes in organizational cultures towards excellence in people management, supporting organizational change processes and initiatives in the areas of integration and restructuring.
- Manage the performance review and talent development plans, including supporting managers and employees throughout the performance management lifecycle and prioritizing development needs, including succession plans.
- Effective management and administration of the total rewards and benefits policies and programs to ensure the business's internal equitability and external competitiveness in the talent market.

Employee Engagement and Operations
- Implement and manage employee engagement and health/well-being programs while ensuring diversity in the workplace.
- Maintains and recommends effective communication channels to build up good employee relations and morale.
- Managing the employee onboarding process and assimilating new hires effectively.

Partnering with HQ Centre of Excellence Teams
- Partner with the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) HQ team to coach managers in compensation strategies, prepare annual HR budgets, and implement benefit plan improvements.
- Partner with the Learning & Development (L&D) HQ team to define L&D needs based on business and staff capability for career progression.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of HRBP experience in a multinational company.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Advance level Microsoft Excel skills
