Human Resources Administrative Manager

**The Human Resource Administrative Manager** will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resource (HR) and Administration Department including hiring and interviewing staff, benefits and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices and managing administration duties in the office.
**Human Resource**
- Allign with the management policies and company vision, effectively communicating and disseminating message to the staff to foster a shared understanding and direction
- Work with the Management team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy in relation to current and future talent needs, retention and succession planning
- Conduct onboarding orientation for new staff and off boarding for resign staffs
- Manage employee disciplinary meetings, terminations and investigations
- Payroll administration including timely and accurate payments and the preparation and submission of monthly HR management reports
- Ensure all staff-related issues are in compliance with the current labor practices and regulatory changes
- Conduct the evaluation and management of staff performance with the Management
- Review the Employee Handbook on a yearly basis
- Designs employee wellness and incentives programs
- Designs, implements and oversees adherence to office policies and procedures
**Administrative**
- Manage all administrative tasks of the organization
- Provides general support to other departments
- Establishes and monitors procedures for proper record-keeping
- Monitor and maintain adequate office equipment, supplies and inventory
- Monitor the Time Attendance System
- Strategizes, coordinates and lead projects for the planning and organization of company activities such as Board and Shareholders Meeting etc
- Maintain a safe, secure and pleasant work environment
**Required Skills/Abilities**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology from recognized university with minimum 8 years related Human Resources management includes 3 years managerial capacity
**Other relevant/required details**
- Age less than 40 years old
- Work location is in Ara Damansara
- Working hours between 8:45am - 5:45pm
**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
