Administration Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform general office duties including maintaining records, filing and generating invoices, quotation, reports, statements of account, and other documents
- Preparing and providing monthly reports required by Head of Department (HOD)
- Handling customer's inquiries and manage creative request/traffic control
- Supporting the design team on a day-to-day basis as general admin, studio upkeep, gatekeeper of creative references and materials
- Administrator and coordinator for all team members
- Providing administrative information and supervising general administration activities such as petty cash., mailing, stationary checking and ordering etc
- To provide support such as liaise with the finance department on managing vendor account setup, customer setup and follow-up
- Additional and operational administrative tasks as needed
- Any job related as assigned from time to time
**Requirements/skills**:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Possess minimum 1 year working experience in the related field
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Melayu and English
- Ability to read and write in Chinese will be an advantage
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Ability to multitask and work with mínimal supervision
