**About the Role**
The Administrative Executive will arrange business travel for employees, executing flight and hotel bookings efficiently. Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and teams.
**Key Responsibility Areas**:
- Execute flight & hotel bookings for employees. Keeping tracks of bookings and employee’s travel.
- Liaising, communicating & maintaining good business relationship with travel agents, hotels, and airlines.
- Facilitate payments for hotel bookings and work on credit card reconciliation.
- Maintaining files
- Maintain confidentiality of information gathered at all times.
- Additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum a Diploma graduate or professional certificate in any discipline.
- Administrative experience preferably travel administration and assistance.
- Possess good and effective time management skills.
- Able to multitask and set priorities.
- Meticulous and detailed oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English and Bahasa Melayu both in written and spoken
