Reservations Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Reservation Management**:_
- Accurately input and update reservation details in the hotel’s reservation system.
- Confirm, modify, and cancel reservations as needed.
- **Customer Service**:_
- Provide prompt and courteous responses to guest inquiries, addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Offer information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- **Administrative Duties**:_
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and no-shows.
- Generate and review daily reservation reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with the Front Desk and other departments to ensure smooth guest check-ins and check-outs.
- **Problem Resolution**:_
- Handle and resolve booking discrepancies and guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Address any issues related to overbookings or special requests.
- **Sales and Upselling**:_
- Promote and upsell hotel services, packages, and upgrades to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Monitor and manage room availability to optimize occupancy rates.
- **Team Collaboration**:_
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Provide support and assistance to colleagues as needed.
