**Responsibilities**:
- Develop assortment roadmap, conduct research on prospective sellers, evaluate potential requirements and propose angle of engagement.
- Drive engagement and build strategic relationship with the goal of onboarding them as a Lazada seller.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines and policies to ensure positive projections of company’s image.

**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Experience working in offline seller conferences
- Familiar with local industry landscape
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese.
