Front Desk Customer Service

Responsible for front desk function and guest reception.
- Attend to all patients' inquiries at the reception counter.
- Attend to all incoming calls/messages appropriately and courteously.
- Patient registration and appointment scheduling.
- Dispensing medications and consumables and payment collection
- Provide administrative support.
- Record medical billings/invoices, responsible for daily cash handling.
- Basic Computer skills such as Excel
- Maintaining a neat and professional front office environment to reinforce a good corporate image.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as required by the superior.
- Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Be familiar with the company's products and services.
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, preferably from beauty spa/salon industry.
- Those who speak and write well in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chi. (Chi & Korea will have an added advantage.)
- Able to work in shifts including on weekends and public holidays (work from home using company laptop and phone).
- A positive attitude, energetic approach, and self-motivated are essential.
- Strong selling and negotiation skills.
Responsibility
- Actively reply to customer query & persuade the customer to make an appointment.
- Reply to comments from Social Media posts.
- Resolving complaints.
- Contact cold leads.
- Support any other ad hoc or administrative duties as assigned related to customer service from time to time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
