**Front Desk (Receptionist) - Bukit Bintang**
- Welcome/Greet visitors at the front desk and direct them appropriately.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate person.
- Manage on receiving and delivering all daily mails, couriers, parcels, etc
- Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the reception area and meeting rooms on a constant basis.
- Perform other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, binding, meeting room bookings, ensure adequate office stationary/consumable supplies, and any other related tasks as assigned from time to time.
- Take in charge of uniform arrangement and distribute to new joiners appropriately.
**Job Requirements**
- Possess pleasant personality with good telephone etiquette.
- Have to be friendly, cheerful and patient.
- Able to show initiative and to work with mínimal supervision.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Willing to work at Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
