As a Front Desk - Fresh Graduate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, checking them in and out, managing reservations, and addressing any guest inquiries or issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
- Manage reservations, both in-person and over the phone.
- Answer and address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Uphold the hotel's policies and standards to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.
- **Fresh graduate in any related fields are encourage to apply**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with grace and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Early shift
- Night shift
- Weekend jobs
