**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in performance management and employee appraisals program.
- Identify, examine, and assess the training needs for all employees to ensure that they are adequately equipped to perform their jobs effectively.
- Conduct training for employees in specific job scopes and ensure employees benefit from the training.
- Assist employees in the process of improving or enhancing their existing skills.
- Ensure that the company is in compliance with relevant legislation and general labor law compliance and issues.
- Evaluate and oversee existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
- Take on special projects and assignments as requested.
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in HR management
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- A proactive and positive approach

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
