**Daily Sales Collection**:
- Collect and record daily sales transactions accurately.
- Reconcile sales data with payment receipts.
- Prepare and deposit daily cash collections.
- **Accounting Tasks**:
- Assist in monitoring and recording utility bills.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely accounting entries.
- Support in preparing financial reports and statements.
- **License Renewal and Compliance**:
- Keep track of business licenses and permits.
- Coordinate the renewal of licenses and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a record of expiration dates and renewal deadlines.
- **Stock Control for Stationeries**:
- Manage office supplies and stationery inventory.
- Place orders for stationery and office supplies as needed.
- Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records.
- **Uniform Monitoring and Record-Keeping**:
- Track and record uniform distribution to staff.
- Monitor uniform inventory and coordinate replacements as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of uniform issuance and returns.
- **Communication**:
- Acknowledge accounts for utility bills and other financial transactions.
- Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and relevant authorities for license renewals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for accounting tasks.
- **Documentation and Record-Keeping**:
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records for all financial and administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and other relevant financial data.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Provide general administrative support to the office.
- Assist in scheduling and coordination of meetings.
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
