REPORTING TO : Offshore Field Representative

DIVISION/DEPARTMENT : LLP

LOCATION : KL Office & Project work Sites Offshore, Bintulu (Operation Phase)

**1. KEY OBJECTIVES**:

- Responsible for bringing the operation and maintenance experience, best practice, lesson learnt input to the project in EPC phases to ensure that the facilities are design according to the regulatory and company requirement, operation practice and operation standard
- Work with project engineering to responsible in project deliverable related to operation and maintenance
- Work with project construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning
- Lead offshore hydrocarbon commissioning and plant start up
- Focal person in Offshore Operation Readiness and assurance (ORA) preparation
- Lead, supervise, manage, organize and coordinate the Lang Lebah Offshore Operations including Production, Maintenance, Logistics and SSHE. Organize all aspects of Lang Lebah Offshore Operation and activities. Leading to achieve offshore Not Normally Manned operation
- Ensure the operation adherence to Regulatory requirement, Petronas Petroleum Guidelines for Upstream Operations (PPGUA) requirement and Company’s standard, procedural, rules and regulations
- Ensure the production systems are operated safely within the envelope of SSHE requirements and achieve production and reliability targets and cost effectively.
- Provide production skills and knowledge to support the safe and efficient operation of the production systems in the field
- Ensure that the process equipment and utilities are maintained safely, efficiently and with mínimal environmental impact in accordance with current legislation, the PTTEP Management System and the Life Cycle Plan

**2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Project Phase
- Be the operation representative in project phases and act as asset owners to ensure that the facilities are designed and built to a desired standard
- Ensure operation assurance and operation excellence are incorporated
- Ensure operation and maintenance lesson learns are adopted for new facility
- Provide Operability and Maintainability input over the Project development and during EPC work to ensure that Operations and Maintenance requirements are

incorporated into the facilities design (reviewing and approving Project deliverables as required)
- Ensure that operability, maintainability, ergonomic and health factors for both normal and abnormal operations, including pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and shutdown, and upset conditions are considered in the facilities design
- Ensure P&ID reviews, HAZOP/LoPAs, Design Reviews, Model Reviews and other necessary Project Process reviews are adequately represented from the Operations and Maintenance perspective
- Ensure Start-up requirements are identified and incorporated into the process design and execution strategy/schedule
- Ensure the development of the Operations & Maintenance Philosophy including remote control system requirements to achieve Not Normally Manned facilities are incorporated. Align with PTTEP existing operating assets to integrate new facility into existing operation and maintenance system
- Provide deep knowledge of the process Inside-Out and the way the plant will be operated
- Ensure Detailed operating and maintenance manual/procedure/guideline are well established and developed
- Be the mentor and guide junior staff competency development program including operational staff recruitment
- Be the Operation Readiness and Assurance team (ORA) in preparation for people, material, equipment, spare part, facilities pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up

**2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
Operations Phase
- Participate and provide necessary input for the development of strategies, work programs and budgetary of offshore Lang Lebah Asset
- Managing field production assets to ensure optimum exploitation and administrating the resources to operate and maintain all surface to ensure optimum availability of gas production around the clock in a safe and environmentally friendly manner
- Ensure achievement of the production targets
- Ensure that the Company SSHE policy is effectively implemented and that corrective measures are taken in a timely manner
- Effectively maintaining internal and external communications with a broad variety of engineering disciplines and management
- To perform individual performance appraisals and development reviews and participate in recruitment, training and development of line employees in the group
- Administration, preparation and coordination of operations and maintenance related mandatory PTTEP reports
- Have knowledge of all limitations to the technical integrity of the facilities and be conversant with all inspection activities required to maintain facility integrity
