Customer Success Specialist- Cantonese and Mandarin

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers who speak Mandarin, Cantonese, or both, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing personalized support and solutions.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to customers, helping them maximize the value of the product or service.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and technical support, to address customer needs and improve the overall customer experience.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and best practices to effectively support customers and provide informed recommendations.
**Salary**: RM2,018.44 - RM3,450.15 per month
