**Job Title: Customer Success Specialist (English + Mandarin + Conversational Cantonese)**
**Salary: RM3300 + RM300 (Basic + Language Allowance)**

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist customers in English, Mandarin, and Conversational Cantonese to provide comprehensive support.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with clients.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement improvements in service delivery.
- Utilize your expertise to recommend travel options and provide valuable advice to customers.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in Mandarin (mandatory) and English (B2 proficiency level, written and oral).
- Proficient in Malay (written and oral).
- Minimum of 1-year experience in Customer Success or a related field, preferably within the travel industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts to accommodate global customer needs.
