Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:
- Handle customer’s concerns related to social media advertisements in a positive and professional manner.
- Identify and escalate priority issues through proper channels when necessary.
- Works with other team members in identifying better ways of providing better customer support.
- Participate in additional training courses as required.
- Maintains and improves quality of service by giving recommendations.
- Keeps job knowledge up to date by attending upskill training to improve skills.
- Meet all key performance indicators set by the company and client.
- Adhere to the policies set by the company.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- **Must able to speak Mandarin: Basic Cantonese; Fluent reading and writing Traditional Mandarin.**:
- Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated multi-task capabilities and ambiguity.
- Flexible.
- Ability to handle high volumes during promotions and peak seasons.
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
