**Salary Range**: MYR 2800 to MYR 3300
**Job Type**: Full-time, Rotational Shift
**Responsibilities**:
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and concerns.
- Assist customers in navigating our products and services, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in reading and writing Chinese characters is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Comfortable working in a rotational shift environment.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software.
