Korean Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
2. Assist passengers with booking, reservation changes, ticket inquiries, and flight-related information.
3. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
4. Handle complaints and concerns with empathy, aiming to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.
5. Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to address complex customer issues and provide seamless service.
6. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of CS Airlines' services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
7. Utilize the company's CRM system to document customer interactions, updates, and resolutions.
8. Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to customers, contributing to revenue generation.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and airline regulations to provide the most up-to-date information to customers.
10. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications:
1. Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree.
2. Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airlines, booking or reservation.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations with patience and tact.
5. Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Pay: Up to RM9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
