JOB SCOPE:
1. Responsible and manage the company’s real estate properties and group corporate insurance portfolios which include owned and rented properties. And including ESG related matter.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Real Estate Management
Manage company’s real estate properties portfolio which include owned and rented properties related but not limited to acquisition, leases, properties transaction, coordinate activities associated with renewal lease negotiations with landlords and tenant.
Develop and maintain up-to-date portfolio management platform of existing leased and owned properties. Handle negotiation on properties such as agreements for leased of the properties, termination, extension of leased, etc. Implement best practices, procedures and standard in real estate operations. Negotiate contracts for the purchase or lease of the properties.
Handle and execute day-to-day operations on real estate properties, provide lease administration for commercial properties. To communicate and ensure smooth relationships between company with landlords and tenants. Proffer recommendation/advice to top management on the leased renewal, acquisition, and rental rate. Handle financial operations of the properties, i.e. budgets, reports as and when required. Dealing and working closely with internal stakeholder, such as project team, facilities management, and finance department to provide guidance and support on real estate related matters.
Managing and monitoring performance of company’s appointed real estate agent to ensure SLA is met.
Work closely with finance on yearly budget and monitoring of the approved budget for real estate related costs.
Manage related risk and provide mitigate plan under real estate portfolio.
Any other task as and when required by the company.
Group Corporate Insurance management
Gather, discuss, and update all related information for insurance renewal from stakeholder on Financial and Non-Financial Insurance. Maintain up-to-date insurance management platform of existing and new data. Handle financial operations of group corporate insurance renewal i.e. budgets, reports as and when required. Manage related risk and provide mitigate plan under group corporate insurance management. Any other task as and when required by the company.
Support Environment Project Initiative by Group
Gather electricity bill, water bill and etc. from branches and agency offices and Key in the data into ESG platform on a monthly basis.
Support ESG PIC on environment related matter.
JOB SPECIFICATION
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance or business administration or any related degree.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years related working experience in real estate and/or corporate administration management.
Knowledge
- Good analytical, communication & presentation skills
- Good negotiation skill
- People and relationship management skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel & Power Point.
- Good problem-solving skills to provide solutions to real estate issues.
