Job Responsibilities:

- Deal directly with customers or sales person either by telephone, electronically of face to face.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handles and resolve customer complaints
- Manage customer account, keep record of customer interactions and transactions
- Providing sales and administrative support involving efficient handling of top and confidential agreements.
- To prepare estimates ad quotation to customers
- Supporting the sales team in attaining sales targets
- Communicating with regional sales team for status of order and position of sales
- To review and streamline work processes
- To perform all other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Job requirement:

- Minimum SPM or higher.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- 2 to 3 years experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of computer is essential
- Able to work in a team work environment and with mínimal supervision.
- Fluent in Mandarin is preferred as the roles requires to deal with Mandarin speaking client, proficient in English and/or Malay, oral and written

The remuneration package will commensurate with your qualifications and experience.
