**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Call and Update Status to customer
- Handling Walk in and Customer inquiry
- Update data into system.
- Handling Customer Feedback
- Prepare necessary report to manager.
- Any adhoc task given.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- **Good communication skill and reporting skill.**:

- Detail-oriented with good analytical skills, integrity and high degree of commitment.
- **Good communication with both verbal and written (English and Bahasa Malaysia)**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office knowledge.
- At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required. - Fresh grad are encouraged to apply.
- Multitasking and good time management skills, ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Must be willing to work in Puchong.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Puchong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
