Kuching, Malaysia The Staycation (S) Sdn Bhd Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive reservation via booking platforms/phone
- Onboard the guest and ensure a smooth check-in process
- Collaborate well with cleaning and maintenance departments to ensure related updates are accurate and ensure any issues are addressed in timely manner
- Provide detailed information about our homestay accommodations, amenities, and local attractions to guest and potential prospects clients
- Assist guests with reservations, including booking changes, cancellations, and special requests
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in our reservation system
- Perform related back office tasks such as guest’s details record, reservation payments, reservation invoice issuance, update listings in booking platforms etc
- Promote and secure offline booking (phone, FB marketplace)
- Perform other related ad-hocs tasks assigned by the management

**Key requirements**
- Excellent communication skills with great problem solving skills
- Great attention to details, good organizational skills and good computer skills
- Able to work shift, weekends and on Public Holiday
- Fast learner and able to adjust to the fast pace working environment
- Good administrative skills. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Reliable, resourceful, responsible and able to work and communicate well in team environment
- Able to converse in multi language is an added advantage

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
