Executive - Payroll

Responsibilities:
- Administer payroll and ensure timely salary payment is correct and in compliance with requirements of relevant statutory provisions and generate monthly reports.
- Ensure monthly statutory submission is accurate and on time.
- Ensure yearly statutory requirement EA form is ready on time.
- Assist in yearly company E form and CP8D submission, ensure it is accurate and on time.
- Check and process employee monthly reimbursement.
- Retrieve employee attendance and leave management for payroll process and overtime calculation.
- Liaise with government agencies eg. EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDF, Labor Office, on the employment and remuneration matters to ensure adherence to compliance.
- Updating new hires and resignees records in HRIS.
- Maintaining Human Resource records, such as employee personal details and those related to compensation in HRIS.
- Preparing headcount and payroll related reports for management review.
- Assist with other day to day operations of payroll function and duties.
- Understanding the Company’s HR policies and explaining to the employees when queries arise.
- Resolving grievances or queries related to payroll.
- Maintain complete payroll record for internal and external audit.
- Perform any other job functions that may be assigned by the Superior.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma, Advanced Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management.
- Minimum 3 years related working experiences.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team with self-initiative and positive attitude.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
