Responsibilities
- Handle for payroll processing inclusive of government statutory contributions and

updating for staff movement for the total headcounts of 1,500++ employees.
- Handle for the time attendance and leave tracking.
- Administer the compensation and benefits plan for the employees such as medical

claims, insurance, overtimes, bonus, allowances etc.
- Prepare for the employee correspondence letters such Confirmation, Acceptance

Resignation, Transfer etc.
- Assist in evaluation and benchmarking of compensation packages.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting of manpower cost exercise.
- Assist in drafting of Corporate C&B policies and employee handbook.
- Handle for the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) training grant

**Requirements**:
Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
- Experienced in using Rymnet payroll and attendance system is added advantage.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office especially Pivot Table and VLookup.
- Good communication and writing skill in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Pleasant personality.

**Salary**: RM1,831.40 - RM3,999.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:
