Monitor and update daily attendance at system
- Monitor and update leave entitlement and leave taken
- Preparing monthly expenses claim
- Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions in office
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts
- Revise company policies
- Liaise with external partners, like government sector,or private sector
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- Prepare payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
