Job Scope:

- To oversee a portfolio of assigned customers mainly in modern trade, develop and grow new business from existing clients, and actively identify and seek for new sales opportunities.
- To create, build and maintain long-term, strong and trusting relationships with our key accounts customers.
- A continuous sales contributor responsible for short and long term plans in managing key accounts assigned
- To plan, develop and implement advertising, merchandising and trade promotion programs, including developing sales action plans to maximize the growth of potential key accounts
- Sustain rapport with assigned distributors and key accounts by conducting periodic visits, exploring specific needs, anticipating new opportunities and regularly plan activation to create excitement for company’s products;
- Manage and review sales and forecasts and provides accurate and timely data to facilitate decision making;
- Analyze & feedback the ever-changing market situations, identify and evaluate key problem areas as well as opportunities covering his/her products and customers
- Highlight areas of concern and customers’ feedback for related improvement
- Work as a team for the overall company objectives

**Requirements**:

- Related qualification with 1-2 years’ experience in Modern Trade
- Good written and Microsoft skills, including proposal preparation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, strong problem-solving abilities, having an eye for detail
- Responsible, independent, strong initiative, dedicated
- Knowledge and have access to customer base will be a significant advantage.
- Pleasant personality, good team work

**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month
