**Assistant Key Account Manager**

**Job location **:Kota Damansara

**Salary Range**: Basic RM4,000 - RM5,500

We are looking for an Assistant Key Account Manager to oversee the relationships of our company with its important customers. You will be the lead point of contact for all key customer matters, identify and anticipate the customer's needs and requirements to promote our company’s products and achieve mutual satisfaction.

The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.

The key account manager will also bring in new business from existing clients or contacts and to develop new relationships with potential clients.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- To sell company products by promoting company own manufactured products to key customers and develop new accounts with potential customers.
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between key customers and company to ensure they do not turn to competitors
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Maintain customer’s credit discipline and follow up payment collections from respective key customers accounts

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese
- 4 - 5 year(s) of working experience in sales and marketing experience in constructions, building materials, hardware related field
- Computer literate
- Confident, aggressive, target oriented and positive working attitude
- Possess own transport and willing to travel

**Salary**: From RM4,000.00 per month
