Account Manager

1. Meet quarterly set sales target - P.O sales.
2. To develop business opportunities in assigned customers with the objective of achieving personal and group sales target for quarterly basis based on PO sales.
3. Responsible for the quarterly quota business growth of channel sales; work closely with the channel partners and pre-sales to achieve pre-determined goals and targets.
4. To support your team and cover customer requirements during periods of their absence.
5. Attend all product-training sessions and ensure information provided to customers is both accurate and commercially focused.
6. Assist in development; execution of effective marketing campaigns and bundling programs to strengthen the channel infrastructure and create channel momentum in assigned sector.
7. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.
8. Proactively engage channel partners, and to a lesser extent, direct end users, in strategic directions and initiate appropriate channel strategies.
9. To follow and practice and quality policy and the quality objectives that are established for the quality management system.
10. To integrate the quality management system requirements into the organization’s business processes.
11. Conducts training, seminars and presentations to channel partners.
12. Liaise closely with Technical Team on design and delivery schedules and closure of sales.
13. To increase Market Share on number of new accounts by winning over the competitor account.
14. Understand customer’s requirement and be able to formulate with customers proposed solutions with assistance of professional services team.
15. To develop relationships and business potential with new and existing customers/ channel partners.
16. On-going correspondence with existing customer/ channel partners to ensure satisfaction is achieved.
17. Provide competitive information for competitive environment.
18. Up-selling more solutions to existing customers.
19. Follow Company’s internal processes and procedures.
20. Maintain and update the leads follow-up system regularly to ensure accurate and timely information.
21. Proper and detail project handover (explain the understanding and customer expectations) to project manager for smooth project implementation.
22. Submit regular sales report and weekly sales visitation as required by the management.
23. To ensure all proposal requests are delivered within the stipulated quality, timeframe and expectation and to take an active role in contributing towards the project/account strategy and sales for our solutions and ensure high quality of deliverables.
24. To build close rapport and synergy with other support units and company’s customers.
25. Support channel partner activities in relation to the company lead and revenue generation.
26. Follow and maintain the Quotation Master List for CFS- Sales are according to running number and updated with the information.
27. Ensure outgoing quotation are according to proper standards.
28. Maintain records and backup all quotation issued in Archive Folder (CFS-Sales Server).
29. Other task assigned on a daily basis.
Job Qualifications:
1. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related field.
2. 1 to 2 years sales experience preferred.
3. Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.
4. Required skills: Good interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
5. Excellent communication skills with aptitude for written work.
6. Be committed, self-motivated, independent, energetic team player and result-oriented.
7. Demonstrate competitive business acumen.
8. Self-motivated with ‘can-do’ attitude.
9. Possess own transport and willing to travel.
