**Position: Dealing Administrator**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative and clerical support to the client-facing teams.
- Handle enquiries and complaints from internal teams.
- Monitoring case progress and liaise with internal teams to ensure SLA.
- Maintain databases, filing records and prepare reports.
- Assist ad-hoc tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- 1 years+ working experience, knowledge in **payment service industry and Ecommerce marketplaces is preferred.**:

- Proficient in **MS Word and Excel.**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to multi-task under tight timeline. Capable to work independently.
- Strong sense of responsibility, detailed-minded and well-organized. Adaptive to changes and self-motivated.
- Tertiary Education or above.

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Dealing Admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Payment Service: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
