Job Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently handle customer and supplier inquiries and feedback, actively maintaining relationships to enhance the productivity of satisfaction and cooperation.
2. Real-time monitoring of alarm information, identifying and resolving issues, adjusting system configurations to ensure stability, and promptly providing feedback on the resolution.

Qualifications:
1. Associate degree or higher, with a preference for computer science or communication-related majors.
2. Experience in technical customer service, technical implementation, or technical support is advantageous.
3. Must be willing to participate in on-call and night shift rotations.
4. Fluent in English, capable of bilingual communication in both English and Chinese.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
