**Job Summary**:
As a Technical Support personal, you are responsible to provide technical support on front-end peripherals such as computers, printers, projector, etc. within the stipulated Service Level Agreement (SLA). You are expected to assist on procurement processing, updating asset inventory and user access management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support on IT peripherals
- Deployment of anti-virus client and asset client
- Ensure all IT peripherals setup are comply with the defined standard
- Meeting SLA
- Assist on procurement, IT inventory & user access management
- Support on events such as Travel Fair
- Week-end or Public Holiday support when necessary
- Requires to work extra hours when necessary

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years of working experience in IT Technical Support. Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
- Ability to work under time pressure, manage multiple groups of users while maintaining a positive and patient attitude
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Self-motivated with attention to detail
- Organizes own workload, sets priorities and works within deadlines
- Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to process assignments in an efficient, accurate and timely manner
- Able to work with minimum supervision, as well as able to contribute to team development
- Professional certification will be an added advantage
