Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Maintain good relations with customers and handle their complaints / feedback.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Meet sales targets set up by the management.

- Preferably min 2 - 3 years experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or relevant.
- Computer literacy and excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Passionate about sales.
- Knowledge of modern marketing and negotiating techniques and analytical skills.
- Fast learner and strong commitment towards achieving sales target.
- Good communication skills, persuasive and self-motivated with results oriented strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service mind-set with the strong passion to serve and approachable manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
