Business Development Manager

To identify and act on the new business development and business planning for all the current Glove products.
- Strategize and integrate the annual sales, marketing and stakeholder management plan and budget.
- Shape and lead the overall strategy and activities of Stakeholder Management.
- Do quotation and negotiate price & commercial terms to achieve sales target.
- To Maintain business rapport with existing customers.
- Report to HOD/COO on sales, sales forecast & provide feedback on established products.
- Must well excellent in pre and post sales.
- Must be well adverse in marketing exposure.
- Attractive commission packages will be given.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
**Job Requirement**
- At least 5 years working experience in sales and marketing in glove industry.
- Excellent marketing, persuading, interpersonal & communication skills.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must possess own transport.
**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
